Terms of Service
Mythic Experiences · Operated by Mythic Innovations LLC
Effective date: September 24, 2026
Mythic Experiences helps independent Hosts offer experiences and manage their businesses. These Terms explain what we provide, what Hosts and Guests are responsible for, and how accounts, payments, and other services work.
“You” means the person accepting these Terms and, when applicable, the organization they represent. “Host” means an experience provider using our services. “Guest” means someone booking or attending an experience.
These Terms apply when you accept them through the applicable registration, subscription, or booking process. Host-specific provisions apply to Hosts.
1. How Mythic Experiences works
When you book an experience, you buy it from the Host. Mythic Experiences supplies the software that helps make the booking happen.
Hosts independently create, price, sell, and operate their experiences. The Host is the seller and merchant of record for its tickets and admissions. Mythic Experiences does not operate an experience merely because it appears on our platform.
Hosts are responsible for their listings, staff, venues, equipment, admission requirements, and delivery of the purchased experience. A listing does not mean Mythic Experiences has inspected, certified, or endorsed the Host or its activities.
Stripe processes payments. Admission payments use direct charges on the Host’s connected Stripe account. Mythic Innovations LLC separately charges for software subscriptions and applicable platform services.
Using Mythic Experiences does not create a partnership, employment relationship, or general agency between Mythic Innovations LLC and a Host. Neither party may make commitments on the other’s behalf except as expressly authorized.
2. Accounts and responsible use
Keep your information accurate, protect your login, and give account access only to people who should have it.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and protecting your credentials. Hosts must ensure that their administrators have authority to represent the business and that staff access is appropriate and kept current.
Host administrators must be adults. Children under 13 may not create accounts or submit information directly. A parent or legal guardian must manage permitted bookings and necessary information for a child. Guests aged 13–17 may use an account only through a guardian-approved process that Mythic Experiences expressly makes available.
Do not use the services to commit fraud, harass others, infringe rights, distribute malicious software, bypass security controls, or conduct unlawful activities. Do not impersonate another person, forge tickets, misuse Guest information, or send unauthorized marketing.
Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access. Hosts are responsible for their staff’s authorized use and for misuse attributable to their failure to reasonably protect access.
3. Host listings, pricing, and taxes
Hosts know their experiences and set their prices. They are responsible for giving Guests accurate information and meeting the obligations of running their businesses.
By publishing an experience, the Host represents that it has the authority, permissions, licenses, venue rights, and legally required insurance needed to offer it.
Hosts must accurately describe their experiences and disclose material restrictions, including age limits, accessibility information, participation requirements, cancellation policies, and mandatory charges. Hosts must honor the terms disclosed when a Guest purchases.
Hosts are responsible for determining, configuring, collecting, reporting, and remitting taxes applicable to their sales, except where applicable law places an obligation on Mythic Innovations LLC. Tax settings and reports are tools; they are not tax advice or a guarantee of correct tax treatment.
Hosts must supply complete pricing information. For live-event tickets subject to total-price requirements, Mythic Experiences’ displayed total includes known, calculable mandatory fees and appears more prominently than individual price components. Government-imposed taxes and genuinely optional purchases may be displayed separately where permitted. The final amount payable is shown before payment authorization.
4. Ticket payments and platform fees
The checkout shows what the Guest will pay. Hosts choose whether to absorb eligible fees or pass them on through the supported settings.
The booking-service component of the Ticketing Fee is $0.99 for each ticket in the order. Experience add-ons sold on the same order do not include this charge. Depending on the Host’s configuration, the Ticketing Fee may also include disclosed processing costs.
Checkout requires at least one ticket. Add-on quantity per line cannot exceed total ticket quantity in the order. Cash transactions do not incur card-processing charges. Host-issued complimentary tickets still incur $0.99 for each complimentary ticket issued. Booking Balance pays the booking-service component in the cases described below. It is not used for every booking.
Hosts must maintain their Stripe accounts and comply with applicable Stripe agreements. Stripe determines processing, payout, dispute, and related account requirements under those agreements.
Hosts authorize Mythic Innovations LLC to collect agreed platform fees and perform payment actions needed to provide the selected services, including refunds authorized by these Terms, within the permissions available through their Stripe connection. This authorization does not independently permit Mythic Innovations LLC to debit a Host’s external bank account or exercise payment powers unavailable under that connection.
Hosts remain responsible for amounts properly owed in connection with their sales, including required refunds and applicable processor charges.
Booking fees and responsibility for payment
Each ticket in an eligible booking carries a $0.99 booking-service fee ($0.99 × ticket quantity). Hosts can pass this fee to the Guest or cover it themselves.
The Host is responsible for the booking-service fee owed to Mythic Innovations LLC for each eligible booking made through Mythic Experiences. The fee applies per ticket quantity in the booking, including complimentary tickets issued by the Host.
When the Host passes the fee to the Guest on a card booking, it is included in the disclosed purchase price and collected through checkout. Booking Balance is not used. When the Host absorbs the fee and the booking’s ticket subtotal is $1.00 or less, including a $0.00 ticket, $0.99 for each ticket is taken from the Host’s Booking Balance. That use is required, because the ticket price does not cover the booking service. When the Host absorbs the fee on a card booking whose ticket subtotal is more than $1.00, $0.99 × ticket quantity is taken from the sale, not from Booking Balance. On a cash booking the Host absorbs, Booking Balance pays $0.99 × ticket quantity because cash has no card charge to take it from. When the Guest pays the fee in cash, the guest total includes $0.99 per ticket and Booking Balance is how Mythic Innovations LLC is paid when that cash is not collected on a card.
By using these features, the Host authorizes Mythic Innovations LLC to apply available Booking Balance funds to booking-service fees as they become due. The Host must maintain sufficient funds to cover applicable fees. An insufficient Booking Balance does not waive fees already owed.
Booking Balance and optional auto-reload
Manual top-ups are one-time payments. Auto-reload is optional and only turns on after an authorized Host administrator reviews and accepts the charge details.
A manual Booking Balance top-up does not turn on auto-reload or authorize future card charges. If the Host chooses auto-reload, the Host authorizes Mythic Innovations LLC to save the payment method selected during enrollment and charge it when Booking Balance reaches $5.00 or less. The charge will be the reload amount the Host selects in Dashboard → Payments.
Auto-reload remains on until an authorized Host administrator turns it off. Turning it off stops future automatic reload charges, but does not reverse a completed top-up or waive booking-service fees already owed. If an automatic charge fails, auto-reload pauses so the Host can review the payment method or add funds manually. We do not repeatedly retry a failed automatic reload without further Host action.
Each successful reload is added to Booking Balance and shown in the Host’s balance history. Unused Booking Balance may be refunded on request to the original payment method, subject to completed bookings, pending charges, disputes, and amounts otherwise owed. Booking Balance is platform credit for eligible fees; it is not a bank account, does not earn interest, and cannot be transferred between Hosts.
Cash bookings do not incur card-processing charges, but applicable booking-service fees still apply ($0.99 × ticket quantity). Host-issued complimentary tickets still incur the $0.99 booking-service fee per complimentary ticket.
Payment-processing charges are separate from the booking-service component, even when presented together as a Ticketing Fee. Refund treatment is described in Section 5.
5. Cancellations, refunds, and experience questions
Contact the Host about the experience itself. Contact Mythic Experiences about a platform or billing problem.
The Host’s cancellation policy must be available before purchase. Guests should review it along with the experience’s date, location, restrictions, and admission requirements.
These minimum rules apply:
- Guest cancellation: Refund eligibility follows the Host’s policy disclosed at purchase. A qualifying refund includes the refundable ticket amount and applicable refundable taxes. The Ticketing Fee is generally nonrefundable unless otherwise disclosed or required by law.
- Host cancellation or failure to provide the purchased experience: The Host must refund the ticket amount, applicable refundable taxes, and the Ticketing Fee. The Host bears processing costs that the processor does not return.
- Duplicate charges or platform billing errors: We will correct the error, including associated fees where applicable.
Hosts may offer more generous terms. Host policies cannot reduce these minimums or rights provided by applicable law.
Hosts must address Guest complaints and provide information reasonably needed to resolve refunds and payment disputes. Report unresolved platform issues to support@mythicexperiences.com.
Mythic Innovations LLC may restrict a listing or initiate an authorized refund when reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful activity, nonperformance, or obligations under these Terms. Any payment action remains subject to available permissions and processor requirements. Assistance does not make Mythic Innovations LLC the experience operator or guarantee a Host’s ability to pay.
Event waivers must be presented separately. Buying a ticket for another adult does not authorize you to waive that adult’s rights. A person acting for a minor must have the legal authority to do so.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Your subscription pays for software access. Canceling renewal stops future subscription charges; it does not automatically delete your account or cancel Guest bookings.
The Mythic Operations subscription you select, any add-ons, the price, the billing interval, and applicable taxes are disclosed when you subscribe.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the selected monthly or annual interval until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method. We will provide required notice of price changes and obtain additional consent where required.
Cancel renewal through Dashboard → Subscription → Manage billing, or contact support@mythicexperiences.com for assistance. Unless you select a separately disclosed immediate-cancellation option, access continues through the paid period and renewal then stops.
Subscription charges are generally nonrefundable after payment, except for billing errors, refunds required by law, or an expressly agreed exception. Trials, promotional offers, and seasonal pauses follow the terms disclosed when selected.
AI credit allowances depend on the purchased add-on. Unused credits carry forward without expiration, but generation requires an active eligible subscription and add-on.
A Free account does not create a paid subscription. A Guest ticket purchase does not create a recurring software subscription. Failure to pay amounts properly due may result in restriction or suspension of paid features.
7. Your content and AI tools
You keep your content. You also remain responsible for checking what you publish, including material created with AI assistance.
You retain your rights in submitted content. You grant Mythic Innovations LLC a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, format, transmit, and display it as reasonably necessary to provide the services and distribute your published listings. Private Guest information and waivers are not licensed for public promotion.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you submit. Mythic Innovations LLC and its licensors retain ownership of the platform, software, and related intellectual property.
As between you and Mythic Innovations LLC, you retain your rights in AI inputs and, to the extent permitted by law, own generated outputs. Mythic Innovations LLC assigns to you any rights it may have in those outputs.
Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to material generated for others. We do not guarantee that outputs are unique, copyrightable, or free of third-party rights. Review them before use.
Some insights are calculated from operational data rather than generated by AI. Automated assistance does not make final decisions about refunds, account termination, fraud, event safety, or legal compliance.
Do not place payment credentials, government identification numbers, passwords, medical records, or unnecessary sensitive information in ordinary forms, messages, or AI tools. Necessary accommodation information should use an appropriate supported channel.
8. Guest information and data processing
Hosts decide how to run their experiences. Mythic Innovations LLC handles the information needed to provide its services and, where applicable, processes Guest information on the Host’s instructions.
Our Privacy Policy explains Mythic Innovations LLC’s handling of personal information. Hosts are responsible for their own notices, lawful collection and use, marketing permissions, staff access, and handling of exported information.
Where Mythic Innovations LLC acts as a processor or service provider for a Host, this section forms part of the parties’ data-processing agreement. The Host is the controller or business for that processing.
The processing supports bookings, tickets, communications, waivers, check-in, reporting, and related Host operations. It may involve purchaser, attendee, guardian, and staff contact information; booking and transaction details; attendance records; and permitted form responses. Processing continues while services are provided and for applicable retention periods.
For this Host-directed processing:
- Mythic Innovations LLC processes information on documented lawful instructions, including the Host’s use of service features, unless otherwise required by law.
- Mythic Innovations LLC does not sell that information, use it for unrelated advertising, or retain, use, combine, or disclose it outside the permitted relationship except as applicable law allows.
- Personnel with access must be subject to confidentiality obligations. Mythic Innovations LLC will maintain safeguards appropriate to the information and processing.
- Hosts authorize necessary subprocessors. Mythic Innovations LLC will require appropriate written protections, remain responsible for its processor obligations, and provide notice and objection opportunities where required by applicable law.
- Mythic Innovations LLC will notify the Host without undue delay after becoming aware of a breach affecting its information and reasonably assist with applicable privacy requests, incident obligations, and assessments.
- At the end of services, Mythic Innovations LLC will delete or return the information as instructed, subject to lawful retention requirements and backup cycles.
- Mythic Innovations LLC will provide information reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance and cooperate with assessments or audits required by applicable law, subject to reasonable confidentiality and security arrangements.
- Mythic Innovations LLC will inform the Host if it determines an instruction violates applicable data-protection law.
These provisions control over conflicting general provisions concerning Host-directed processing. They do not change the parties’ roles for processing they independently determine or replace any required international-transfer safeguards.
9. Security, suspension, and account deletion
We each have a part in protecting accounts. You can request account deletion, but some transaction records and outstanding responsibilities may continue.
We use safeguards intended to protect the services and information within our control. No online system is completely secure. Users must protect credentials and devices and promptly report suspected compromise.
We may restrict content or access when reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, address nonpayment or a material breach, protect users, or comply with law. Where practical and appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Urgent circumstances may require immediate action.
Request account deletion at mythicexperiences.com/account/delete, through mythicexperiences.com/privacy/delete-account, or by emailing legal@mythicinnovations.com.
To stop subscription renewal, use the billing cancellation process in Section 6. Account deletion does not erase outstanding charges or obligations relating to existing tickets, refunds, disputes, or taxes. Hosts closing an account must address upcoming experiences and bookings.
The Privacy Policy explains what information may remain and why. We do not retain all account information indefinitely merely because some records must be kept.
10. Host indemnification and hold harmless
If a third-party claim arises from matters the Host is responsible for, the Host may need to defend Mythic Innovations LLC and cover the resulting costs.
To the extent permitted by law, each Host agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mythic Innovations LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from third-party claims and resulting liabilities, damages, judgments, approved settlements, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:
- The Host’s experiences, including their operation, cancellation, or nonperformance and related injury or property-damage claims.
- The Host’s listings, content, pricing, or representations.
- The Host’s breach of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of another person’s rights.
- The Host’s handling of Guest information or failure to meet tax, refund, or other responsibilities assigned to it under these Terms.
This obligation applies only to the extent the claim arises from matters for which the Host is responsible. It excludes the portion caused by Mythic Innovations LLC’s negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of these Terms and obligations that cannot lawfully be transferred.
Mythic Innovations LLC will promptly notify the Host and reasonably cooperate in the defense. Delayed notice reduces the Host’s obligations only to the extent it materially prejudices the defense. The Host may control the defense using reasonably acceptable counsel.
A settlement may not admit fault by Mythic Innovations LLC, impose nonmonetary obligations on Mythic Innovations LLC, or fail to fully release Mythic Innovations LLC without its prior written consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld.
This section survives account closure for matters arising during the Host’s use of the services.
11. Service limitations and disputes
Mythic Experiences provides software, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, a particular business result, or a Host’s performance.
To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, ticket sales, revenue, or the quality or safety of an independently operated experience.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
[Insert lawyer-approved liability limits, exclusions, and any minimum liability amount.]
Please contact legal@mythicinnovations.com about a dispute so we can attempt to resolve it. Contacting us does not eliminate legal rights or extend filing deadlines unless agreed or required by law.
[Insert lawyer-approved governing law, venue, and any separately selected arbitration or class/mass-action provisions.]
12. How these Terms fit together
Your accepted booking or subscription confirmation identifies what you purchased, its price, and the applicable billing interval. These Terms govern the platform relationship. Host policies govern their disclosed experience-specific subjects but cannot reduce the refund protections in Section 5 or mandatory legal rights.
A separately signed agreement controls only the subjects on which it expressly overrides these Terms. The Privacy Policy explains personal-information practices; it does not change the price or refund terms of a purchase.
We may update these Terms prospectively, providing notice and obtaining renewed acceptance where required. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights attached to completed purchases.
If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply where legally possible. Failure to enforce a provision once does not waive future enforcement. Obligations that reasonably need to continue after account closure—including payment, indemnity, lawful retention, and dispute provisions—survive.
