Prepare the event
Set up the place, the schedule, capacity, and waivers before anyone arrives.
Save each place once with its address, hours, and time zone. Experiences and sessions you attach to it follow that location’s clock.

Run the day
Give your team the right access, find any booking fast, and check guests in at the door.
Invite staff by email and give each person a role instead of sharing a password. By default, door staff can check guests in and view orders, but can’t issue refunds, manage payments, or open reports. On Mythic Operations, you can also create custom roles.

Limits that affect how you operate
Bookings and sessions are unlimited on Free and Mythic Operations, so you upgrade for capability, not because you sold more.
- Active experiences
- Free runs one active experience at a time. Inactive and archived experiences don’t count. Mythic Operations has no limit.
- Locations
- One location on both plans. On Mythic Operations, add Additional Location ($19/month or $190/year) for each extra place.
- Scanners
- Free includes 1 scanner. Mythic Operations includes 3.
- Team seats
- Free includes the owner seat only. Mythic Operations includes the owner plus 3 team seats. Need more? Add the Operations Pack (5 seats) on Mythic Operations.
Anything on this page without a Mythic Operations label works on Free.
