Here's what to prepare and the order to do it in. Six steps are required before guests can book. The rest are optional and can wait.

What to prepare

Have these nearby.

You can create your account and explore before everything is final. These details keep setup moving.

  • Your location's address and hours
  • A name, short description, and photo for your experience
  • Ticket types, prices, and how many guests each session holds
  • Your refund and cancellation policy, or use a standard template
  • Business and payout details for Stripe

Six steps before guests can book.

Do these in order. After you sign in, Onboarding in your dashboard tracks the same steps.

  1. Create your Free account

    Free is $0/month and includes 1 location, 1 active experience, unlimited sessions and bookings, and 1 owner seat. Upgrade to Mythic Operations when you need more.

  2. Add a location

    Add the address where guests arrive. Each experience belongs to one location.

  3. Create an experience with at least one ticket type

    Add a name, description, and default capacity, then at least one ticket type with a price. For free admission, set a $0 price. The $0.99 per-ticket fee still applies and, by default, comes from your Booking Balance.

  4. Set your refund policy and accept the agreements

    Choose a standard refund and cancellation template or write your own. Guests see it at checkout. You also acknowledge tax responsibility and refund and chargeback responsibility. You need this before you connect Stripe.

  5. Connect Stripe

    Stripe Connect is required to publish and take bookings on Free and Mythic Operations, including $0 listings. Ticket payments go to your Stripe account.

  6. Schedule and publish a session

    Drag your experience onto the calendar to create a session. Sessions stay in draft until you publish. Once published, guests can book.
