Five steps from finding you to walking in.

This is the path your guests follow. Select a step to see it.

Guests reach your experience page from a direct link, your website, or Explore experiences. They see upcoming dates, start times, and seats left before they commit.

Sell from the site you already run

Four Essential widgets are included on Free and Mythic Operations, so guests can book from your own website. Mythic Operations adds the Complete Suite with session lists, calendars, and catalog embeds.

Set up the offer once, then sell every date.

Create ticket types and capacity on the experience, then schedule single dates or a repeating series. Each session keeps its own seat count.

Name your ticket types, such as general admission, child, or timed entry. Set a price for each and a default number of seats per session.

Ticket money goes to your Stripe account.

You connect Stripe to publish and take bookings on Free and Mythic Operations, including $0 tickets. You are the merchant of record for ticket sales, and Stripe pays out to your connected account. Mythic Innovations LLC bills your software subscription separately.

The Ticketing Fee

Mythic Experiences charges a $0.99 platform service on each admission ticket, the same on Free and Mythic Operations. Experience add-ons don't carry it. By default, guests pay it plus card processing as one Ticketing Fee line at checkout. You can choose to absorb it instead.

Free-admission ($0) and complimentary tickets cost the guest nothing. The platform service on those tickets comes from your Booking Balance, a prepaid credit in your account.

Example: two $28 tickets

2 × $28.00 tickets

Guests pay the fee (default)
Guest pays $60.02

$56.00 tickets + $4.02 Ticketing Fee

You absorb the fee
Guest pays $56.00

$1.98 platform service and card processing come out of the sale

Free admission or comps
Guest pays $0.00

$1.98 comes from your Booking Balance

Before tax. Online card processing estimated at 2.9% + $0.30.

Check guests in and sell remaining seats.

Door sales come out of the same session capacity as online bookings, so every channel shares one seat count.

  • Web door dashboard

On a laptop or tablet, scan or look up tickets, sell remaining seats by card, and issue comps.

  • Host App

Your staff check guests in and sell at the door from the Host App. They scan from a saved list when the phone is offline, take Tap to Pay on supported phones, and record cash and comp sales. Card sales need a network connection.

Sell at the door

Orders, guests, and reports stay with the event.

Online, widget, and door bookings all land in the same orders list, guest records, and reports, so you don't reconcile a separate ticketing spreadsheet.

  • Orders

See payments, ticket lines, and refunds tied to each session.

  • Guests

Keep purchaser and attendee details next to the bookings they made.

  • Reports

Review sales and attendance with basic reports and CSV exports.
